Cyber-Guild and Sentek Global are offering an opportunity for Community Colleges and Universities to work with them to build out critical infrastructure cyber scenarios for the 2020 Mayors Cyber Cup competition.

This is a unique, hands on experience for collegiate level students to continue their cyber passions and go to the next level of integral understanding of cyber defense and threats.

MCC 2020 CYBER COMPETITION SCENARIO
BUILD-OUT SUBMISSIONS

  • Choose one of the 16 critical infrastructure sectors (only three scenarios per sector will be considered to potentially move forward)

  • Submit a credible, draft, real-life, scenario(s) for the sector(s). Include the taxonomy, (i.e., platform(s), number of servers/computers, call out operating systems, threat and threat vectors. Align learning outcomes to the National Institute of Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Framework.

  • Draft Submissions must be received no later than September 15, 2019.

  • Notification of selection to provide final submission will be October 1, 2019.

  • Selectees’ final submissions will be accomplished via a supplied template no later than November 1, 2019.
