What is the expected Time Commitment? Commitment varies from coaches and teams throughout California. Some coaches practice after school, two or three times per week, for about 1 to 1.5 hours for each practice. Other coaches utilize a mentor and/or business organization to facilitate a 2 or 3-hour practice on a weekend or given weekday. The time commitment is up to you. You know your community, your school, and your students best! Please design your program in a way that best supports the goals of your organization, academic course, school site, and district, and of course in the best interest of the the young adults you lead.
